Who are you? Tell us about yourself.

Aloha. I am Jordan Conley. For the last 16 years I have been a personal trainer, coach, and teacher. Before that I was a bartender/server. At first I worked to better people's days. Now I work to improve people's lives.

I have never wanted to run for office. In fact, I started a non profit called Hapa Mana in 2016 with the goal to integrate society, through sports and educational enrichment, across income and other societal barriers. Look up "non profit on a mission oahu Hawaii Hapa Mana Jordan Conley" to see a short interview of me about it. I wanted to work with the community directly. Covid happened and the government shut down, ending groups who brought people together like Hapa Mana. The shut down started under Trump and continued under Biden. The duopoly has proved many times that it does not care about the people of the US.

Please list below 3 key messages of your campaign. What are the main points you want voters to remember about your goals for your time in office?

Universal health care. I will try to force a vote on national universal health care ASAP. If that is not working, I will bring it to The Kingdom of Hawaii through a state's rights bill. We will coordinate with other states that want universal health care and run it together ourselves.‍ ‍We can pay for this with an empty homes tax, visitor tax, and lowering prices by negotiating directly with hospital and caregivers. Universal health care is my number 1 issue! I will get it passed or expose those who will not vote for it so we can vote them out‍.

Housing First. The homelessness epidemic is out of control in the US and especially in The Kingdom of Hawaii. We will start a housing first program which does exactly that. First we put people in homes. Then we help them further depending on needs. It is far easier to get a job if you have a shower and clean clothes. It is much easier to get clean if you have a safe place to lay down. Many women, girls, and young boys do illegal uppers to stay awake at night because they can be taken advantage of at night outside. Democrats and republicans have caused this problem and are not in a hurry to fix it. The Green Party is. The more of you vote into office, the better life will get for all.

Non Violence. I, and the Green Party, are anti war to the core. There is no reason we should be all over the world occupying other people's countries. I would aim to withdraw from all confrontation and change the way the US engages with the world. My goal would be to build and make partnerships with pretty much all countries. I would pursue war charges against all former US presidents, VPs, and many other warmongers in the duopoly. This would show the world that we are serious about current and future peace. Look up "Second Thought CIA terrorists" and you will see how the duopoly is in lock step when it comes to war.

Excerpts from the June 26, 2026, interview with Civil Beat.

At this specific moment in American history — marked by intense divisions and the politics of grievance — why are you the right person to represent the specific needs of Hawaiʻi’s 1st Congressional District?

I am the right person because I am in the right party. The duopoly is the Epstein Class. The Green Party is a people- powered party. Democrats and Republicans form a corporate uniparty. Their divisions are for show only. We know what Democratic-led states look like. High rates of homelessness while having plenty AirBnB’s, investment homes and many empty homes, apartments and buildings around. Also no healthcare. Weak public transportation. I will answer to the people not corporations.

What is the biggest issue facing Hawaiʻi, and what is the first thing you would do to address it in the first six months after being elected?

I think the biggest issue for most people is healthcare if I have to pick one. The first thing I would do if elected is push for a vote for national universal healthcare. If that were to fail, I would push a State’s Rights bill for universal healthcare for the Kingdom of Hawai’i. This bill would be open for other states and territories to sign up to.

Here’s one question from your constituents: Will you stand up against the bullying corruption of the Trump admin?

I will stand up to the corruption of the bullying corporate duopoly. I would like you to recall that Joe Biden wrote the most racist bill since Jim Crow in his 1990’s crime bill that militarized the police and hurt many Black, brown and poor white families for something his son did on video. Bill Clinton passed that bill. Black Lives Matter and Occupy Wall Street sprang up under Barack Obama who lied about poisoned water. These are all bully tactics and I will stand up to all bullies!

Please describe your qualifications to represent the people of Hawaii.

First, I am an adult US citizen. Second, I actually care about people. I am not a politician by trade. I am a regular working person who understands what we as regular people go through in our daily lives. Unlike Joe Biden, Donald Trump, Hillary Clinton, JD Vance, or any of these elitist in the duopoly, I cannot be bought. I have had lots of money at times, and I have had none and been homeless for a period of time. I have gone to the grocery stores you go to. I pump my own gas. I workout and try to eat right. If a reality TV personality who was born with a platinum spoon in his mouth who has never wanted for anything is qualified, all of us hard working people are too.

Do you support or oppose the Trump administration’s military actions and policies regarding Iran in 2026? Please explain.

The duopoly has been supporting Israeli occupation of the Middle East for over 80 years. The problem is that liberal conservative moderates only care when team red does bad things. If you only want to count the recent conflict, this started with the backing of Joe Biden and the warmongering democrats. Even prior, ol Joe was full speed ahead on HW’s Iraq war in the 1980’s. If you recall Barak Obama brought open air slavery to Libya to which Hillary Clinton laughed about. He also was drone drunk killing civilians. Trump is not the problem. The US duopoly is the Epstein Class. Not only do they do what they want with our kids, they trample the world. If you think Trump is more of a problem than the dems, please go to YouTube and type in “Second Thought CIA terrorists” and learn about how it does not matter which side of the uniparty you choose, we will be at war killing indigenous people, overthrowing democratically elected governments, stealing resources, and even putting our troops in harms way being in a places they should not even be.

Is there anything more that you would like voters to know about you?

I am serious when I say I will fight for you! My top issues are: universal health care, non violence/anti war, housing first, expanding public education from pre K through college and/or trade school, food production and knowledge, a living wage/universal basic income, ranked choice voting, campaign finance reform, and getting the military presence off our islands and out of other countries. There was a question in a different survey stating since Hawaii is safer with the military here what would I do to keep them here. We are not safer in any way with military bases here. There would have not been a Pearl Harbor attack here without the military occupation of The Kingdom of Hawaii.

Also I will fight to get the citizens of US territories full rights as a US citizen. Samoans born in Samoa can own land in Samoa, but cannot vote in US electrons. If they are born in one of the 50 states, they can vote but not own land in Samoa. There are similar nonsensical regulations on the other territories too. This is unacceptable to me.

If elected, I will do town halls as often as we can fill them to learn and keep the pulse of the people. I will put the will of the people over my ideas if they differ.

Lastly, I think you should join the people’s party, The Green Party! The dems and republicans will be fine and well funded without you. Come and talk to us. With your help, I know we the people can make this country a place welcoming, safe and prosperous for all.
